Topic: Is it possible to use SVP to save anime as 60 fps

I know you can get 60 fps while "watching" anime but can you "save" the video (as a new video file) as 60fps?
I have SVP 3.1.7a

This functionality is not currently built into any version of SVP and requires 3rd party software at this time to achieve such a thing.
