how do I set "autoload on reclock"
If ReClock loads without any dialogs in the tray on video open then you already setup it right.
I don't know clearly all conditions to successful framerate autodetection by ReClock. Usually it depend on DS filters loaded in player. Successful autodection must looks like this:

It is 59 fps video on my 120 Hz monitor. SVP multiplied framerate twice and ReClock encrease speed audio and video from 118 to 120 fps (by 2%).

You did right when pointed framerate manually.

Green - good. Red - bad.

In ideal ReClock must determine video framerate automatically itself. You need to set autoload in ReClock to more stable framerate detection.

If you setup ReClock right then you will see BIG number how rarely frames will be dropped/repeated (one in hour/day/month/year - the best value).

or at least turn green on playback?
Green tray icon is sign of work. Usually it is right work if framerate was detected automatically but not garantee of right work when you point it manually.

i checked and load my working profile from the edited movie mag, and its recoded at 60fps too!
After download from Mediafire it has 30 fps only.

Ok. But I can say nothing when I see 30 fps video. I need 60 fps.

Please open it in MediaInfo and check if it 60 fps before upload.

Why you do that?
Uncheck this option. I think we will remove this option in next version of SVP because it is usual user's mistake to enable it.

Just use ReClock to sync video framerate to monitor refresh rate. In this case it will be the best solution.

Maybe. Can help turning off energy saving features in your GPU driver settings.

Yes. Quality of bilinear is worst. DXVA2 is better than Bilinear. Jinc is better than DXVA2.

Yes. You can do it to get more quality with no dropped frames.
Remember: different frame resolution make different GPU load when GPU shaders (Jinc etc.) are used.

Youtube is bad service to share 60 fps video. It can only 30 fps. And it always does reencoding with quality losses.
Mediafire I can download and watch only at home after 8 hours from now.

How did you capture this video?
Capture program usually make SVP performance worse.
Why you share not source but edited video?
Do you think you video editor keep video quality untouchable?

It is either SVP interpolation mode setting switched smoothness at scene changes or your system weakness.
I need to look at 60 fps captured video to clarify it.

About sample. I ask you not about capture. I told about cutting DVD without reencodig. It is needed if you want help in additional advices to increase smoothing quality to this video.

If you using TV via HDMI as computer monitor then 60 Hz is a maximum.
Good alternative is 50 Hz mode for PAL: 25 fps *2 = 50 fps. I can say 50 Hz is close to 60 Hz by smoothness. But much better by artifactless. Try it.

Artifacts - I mean SVP smoothing artifacts: halo-artifacts, waved artifacts, doubling and tripling objects artifacts, jerky objects artifact.
Profile settings - settings in SVP profile settings window.

It is good. It must give artifacts a little, but not so many as at your screenshot.
