Без психологизма Евы и одиночки-Годзиллы
Сюжет прямолинеен как рельсы, интрига скоротечна, лавстори банальна.
Пафоса хоть мало.

does the svp add on for youtube just begin by itself automatically or do I have to do something
if SVP manager state playback - it means that SVP make video smoothness
online video have two ways:
a) save to disk video by any plugin and watch in potPlayer just as ordinary video (I use http://en.savefrom.net/)
b) only on the youtube you can use SVPTube - it parse video from youtube to your player (PP) without downloading

No I was referring to the quick tutorial you have on your website to set-up Daum PotPlayer with SVP. It seems the interface for custom filters on potplayer preferences has changed since then.....you might want to check it out.

I downloaded madvr and everything else in the package but not VCRedist....should I install that as well?
VCRedist - yes but only original from site MS (full SVP package install only VCRedist 2008 if it needed)
MadVR - i dont think that you GT630 is powerfull enought for it on the 1080p

YES MAG79, when I open a video in potplayer, Haalli media splitter turns on in the action-tray, as well as Re-Clock, but SVP does not function and remains with the message "waiting for ffdshow video".......it's 1:30am here in Vancouver Canada, I can't imagine what time it is in Russia (if that's where you are) ......I guess we'll continue tomorrow, but I will post a video of everything I do first.....Cheers!

- Two pixels - small objests dont smoothness
- Strongest - kill smoothness becouse morph picure to the oiginal
Best settings for picture quality are marked as "default" in video profile settings but they requires high-end system like Core i7 with dedicated video card. So normally the best settings for your system are determined automatically at the installation time.
If you want to fine tune settings you have to understand what they means!
The max settings is not the best! it for testing porpuse only

Something is conflicting between ffdshow and svp
SVP and ffd not conflicting, player does't used FFshow VideoDecoder / FFDshow RAWVideo
Did you install MPC from full package or use other?
recommended setting for MPC applyed only if MPC selected in full package
Show external filter setting in MPC and used filters during playing (on MPC windows - Rigth Click - filters)

Hulu is only for USA, and we can not test it myself.
1. Does cimena from Hulu/1Ch copy-protected?
2. What protocols it use? http? udp? or somthing else?
3. Does it use system filters?
Make sure that DSPlayer is used for hulu/1CH as default player
If hulu/1CH does not copyprotected and it use http protocols try this strings in mediasconfig.xml

Смена х6 на 83хх качественно ничего не изменит просто потому что дальше некуда
Конечно можно выкрутить все настройки на максимум ради максимума, но сдури можно и похлебкой обожраться
