I bet you do
you'd better ask this via email
> wonderful, thanks!
did it help?
it's all about MPC-HC / ffdshow settings, you need to enable ffdshow raw filter for webm files (if it's disabled for some reason)
just don't run SVP as admin
> Skipping ahead raises the issue again
just remembered this - http://www.svp-team.com/forum/viewtopic … 766#p63766
hr-seek-framedrop=no
SVP ignores clips shorter than main.setup.min_duration seconds. Which is 15 by default.
32/64-bit makes almost no difference for SVP, at least for anything less than 4K resolution
32-bit DirectShow chain considered "more stable"
placebo
then switch to 32-bit version...
what is total memory / free memory amount?
> Do I need a quantum computer to run SVP?
definitely no
but, for example, intel 530 may have performance issues rendering video to the external 4k screen
you may start with trying to watch video on a built-in display in FullHD mode and see if it helps
try to place x64\avisynth.dll from there into the MPC-HC folder
probably this newer r2420 has some issues
... because it's linked with libpython3.5m.so

if you're talking about this...
There's a guy on Facebook saying
if playing 1080 works fine.. but if 720p the flickering appears..
Anyone can confirm this?
I still can't reproduce the issue on my Quadro M2000.
> there's still no VLC option in SVP's menu.
again, works for me on a fresh Mint 18.1 install
BTW there's a separate package "VLC support" in SVP's package manager
> But it doesn't.
works for me...
anyway, do you see those letters saying "please report this issue on https://yt-dl.org/bug"?
> it seems that the mpv pre-compiled with VapourSynth doesn't even launch on Linux Mint 18
just at the bottom of https://www.svp-team.com/wiki/SVP:Linux
> apt-get install libass5
> Well yes it says that, but from what I can tell, Twitch links are supposed to work in youtube-dl
you really shouldn't argue about this with me
that type of URL is not supported, I have no idea why
other types - e.g. https://www.twitch.tv/<channel-name> - work
> а может и вобще не работает?
вроде бы это легко выяснить
и галочку в меню не забыть!
Лучше всего делать аппаратный деинтерлейс в декодере - доступно для quicksync и Nvidia cuvid.
Ну и либо с удвоением частоты кадров, но без SVP, либо без, но с
При этом надо, что бы SVP узнал, какой вариант выбран, ткнуть соотв. пункт в меню.
> Here you go, does this help?
ERROR: Unsupported URL: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/94956965
> I'm not savvy at all with the terminal.
> Could you "explain like I'm 5 [years old]"?
well, I don't think so
btw, there is an example of missing dependency
when I talk about some console command I mean you need to examine it's output
"youtube-dl -v " will give a verbose log
"ldd" will show missing dependencies
And how much "system resources" you're saving this way?
