I decided to disable Unicode detection. Here UTF-8 version of SVP Manager.

Installation instruction.
Exit from SVP Manager, unpack, replace SVPMgr.exe and relaunch SVP Manager.

Please check how it works and post here last launch log after playing the same video file. Do it from Unicode-named user (in Traditional Chinese).

Opps! This is the cause! It must be short UTF8 path. Like "folder~1".
Please show log file entirely. I need first two lines where presents Unicode and UTF8 paths.

the subtitles embed inside the picture will be disturb by how the picture moves.
Yes. You are right. Embeded subtitles are difficult for SVP.

Try hidden setting VarChkDimAndFps=2
1. Choose Interface type - Expert
2. Information - Hidden settings - change value of VarChkDimAndFps, close and save
3. Relaunch SVP Manager

When the player starts playing I can't right click the SVP Manager.
It is very strange. It must work when playing.
As Chainik said, Have you permission to access to %appdata% folder?
What exact version of windows do you using? Is it official version?

This is the place of problem: GetDimensionAndFPS_Grab can not work fine.

So. You NOT need SVP for them. Use HW deinterlacing in LAV.

Another side is Community. The best torrent I can find has properties:

The annoying artifacts are those that you can see when something is moving infront a complex background.
Maybe you are facing with jerkiness?
Try to run tearing test (Ctrl-Win-T) and look at smoothness of movements of orange line.

Upscale non 1080p video using resize in ffdshow(U can choose other decoder/filter?)
You can do this in SVP. Upscaling will done automatically.
1. Change hidden setting AllowUpsize=1 (tray menu - Information - Hidden settings)
2. Choose in profile settings window - Decrease frame size: to screen size.

1. Я пока видел только встроенные в браузер он-лайн плееры. Если есть внешний плеер в виде windows-приложения, то шансы повысить плавность возрастают. Надо чтобы плеер использовал DirectShow-фильтры. Я такого пока не встречал.
SVP можно будет применить в цепочке обработки либо к исходному панорамному видеопотоку, либо уже после получения двумерной проекции панорамы.

2. Если повышать плавность двумерной проекции, то настройки самые обычные, а вот если всей панораме, то из-за нелинейности движений может получиться слабенький результат. Тут настройками уже ничего не сделаешь, надо учитывать эту нелинейность внутри библиотек поиска векторов движений в SVP. Это сложная и пока не востребованная задача.

One of my home PC based on Core i5-3570K. It is good enough to 1080p video with SVP.

i5-3570K + GTX260 gets 2200-2500 SVPmarks
i7-2700K + GTS450 gets 2300-2600 SVPmarks

As you can see difference is minimal.

GTX 260 is good enough to 1080p video with SVP. GTX 670 is more than 3 times faster than GTX 260.
May be in future SVP can utilize all GTX 670 power, but not now

gpuid=11 - это OpenCL на процессоре, тот еще тормоз
gpuid=12 - это OpenCL на HD Graphics 4000
gpuid=21 - это OpenCL на GTX 680

Тебе нужны значения 12 и 21.
