To work SVP x64 need all it's parts in x64 too: splitter, decoder, ffdShow, avisynth, SVP libraries, renderer and player.
Avisynth x64 is still unstable and alfa state.
SVP libraries x64 are absent.

If you want you may search the answers of your questions 1, 2, 3 yourself.

We have two ways to resolve lack of memory issue:
1. to combine all x64 versions of soft together, SVP libraries recompile to x64, test and debug it many-many days and nights - hard way
2. to change some settings in SVP to lesser memory use - simple way

You did something wrong. Check yourself.

I just now successfully turned off Memory leak messages:
1. Install SVP 3.1.2, choose "Option-Reset settings" and "Change Interface type-Expert"
2. Open Hidden settings: tray menu - Information - Hidden settings
3. Find and change setting value: ReloadAVSFactor=0
4. Close Hidden settings file and save it
5. Exit SVP Manager and rut it again

sometimes the player can register up to 2895MB (as in the screen shot);
It is not a bug. It is some magic of count this value. The value is not precise. You must be don't worried while player works without crashes with VC++ error.

Драйвер поставил, а OpenCL для видюхи кто ставить будет?

Я бы предложил:
1. снести этот тормозной OpenCL на CPU (пользователям он все-равно не нужен, так лишь разработчикам для отладки).
2. вычистить остатки AMD драйверов (например, Driver Sweeper'ом).
3. установить 12.1 по новой. Обратить внимание на наличие OpenCL в этом драйвере, если нет доставить его ручками.

Надо будет поглядеть, подросла ли производительность и исправлена ли ошибка сдвига кадра в OpenCL.

Последние опробованные мной 9.17.10.2792 скоростью не блеснули: выборка результатов SVPmark.

P.S. В комментариях к новости про драйвер несколько сообщений о черном экране и BSOD после установки этих свежих дров. Так что, кто будет пробовать, аккуратнее...
