Well u could copy paste svp script and start from there
Get it from %appdata%\SVP4\scripts

meh, u better start using things like Reclock (0 dropped frames with integer SVP multiplier) and madvr remove banding, ringing, advanced Chroma scaling and so on

Настройки сбросить и так использовать. Хорошая исходная точка. Если ГПУ простаивает то потихоньку увеличивать. Для 1080р на 1080р мадвр особо не нужен

You can overclock + undervolt 1060 card to around 60W max too. Great for HTPC

Check madvr settings. It can be a power hog. Replace it with EVR for test

Не может быть 30% нагрузки в 4к. Нужно чтото вроде ryzen 7 хорошо разогнанного и то 50% будет

Нет!
А вот настройки MPV, т.е. прописанные в mpv.conf, сбрасываются. Так что если их прописывал, то нужно сохранить копию по пути - C:\Program Files (x86)\SVP 4\mpv64\mpv.conf
