RIFE не может быть сверху от madvr
madvr выше всех
и да, с помощью madvr можно положить любую видеокарту, если задаться такой целью (т.е. выкрутить всё на максимум)
контролируйте загрузку карты...

For example, you're opening a 1080p video for the first time, you'll wait 5+ mins. Every other 1080p videos will start instantly, but when the frame size changes due to, for example, black bars cut off, you'll wait another 5+ mins.

ну, ffdshow 32-бит стоит, а 64-бит - не стоит
а плагины SVP наоборот, 32-битных нет, а 64-битные есть
SVP 4/plugins/svpflow1.dll и svpflow2.dll - правда нету?

и вообще, в Win11 ffdshow использовать в принципе не надо
как и 32-битных плееров...
