I don't have this... I cannot change the option (its stuck on 'default preset') - I have installed everything prior to this (although instructions maybe slightly different.) -Maybe I should select 'dxva' when installing ffdshow? your instructions tell me not to. HELP!

Sounds like some video driver's and/or NV optimus or what it called now issue.
Try to
- check Optimus options
- switch between video renderers in MPC-HC settings
SVP can be even turned off completely - you just need to make video playback working in mpc-hc
gt210 is 1/3 of gt220 and the latter is like hd4000
so no it won't help

1st one: where's the issue? video player hanged after excessive seeking or what? this issue was always being here and has no solution
2nd one: 'C:\ProgramData\SVP 3.1\Logs\avsFPS.txt' is blocked by some other process, 99% it's an anti virus software. nothing new here too
try to read full specs next time you'll buy something

May be your screens have different refresh rates and SVP for some reason failed to detect that XBMC is opened on the 2nd one. You can check this condition and specify target refresh rate in "Screen selection" -> "Force..." dialog.
