What effect does Reclock have on SVP?
it allows to sync SVP's output with the real screen refresh rate
e.g. 59.97 from SVP -- to 60.123 screen
the only purpose to use Reclock is if you really want ZERO dropped frames

"PAL speedup" issue is NOT about "25fps videos played at 60hz".
It's just about conversion NTSC's region DVDs into PAL's region ones - an ancient history now.

All I can say is last two times I was trying to stream something smooth with UMS - I've failed
The 1st run was like 2 yo ago and the 2nd one about 1 yo ago.

If SVP is not firing up - then it's ok, otherwise turn it off
I've no idea how UMS scales interpolation settings for different hardware
And keep in mind when you're playing video with SVP - it's just decoding + interpolation, but with UMS additional encoding is added.
What're you trying to do - use UMS's internal "smooth motion" feature or set ffdshow as video decoder and process video with SVP?
Installation file is updated in the Downloads section to fix issues with SVP 3.1.6.
SVPlight version remains the same - 0.9.5.

3.0.3b отличается от 3.0.3a только строкой user agent, т.к. наш хостер с какого-то момента стал отпинывать запросы с пустым user agent.
Т.е. использование 3.0.3b - условие обязательное.
Совершенно другой вопрос, если адрес где-то внесен в черный список.
Наверное, диапазон адресов провайдера (кстати, какого?) попал в какие-то публичные черные списки. А наш (американский) хостер этими списками пользуется. Тогда, ясен пень, любое обращение к сайту SVP будет давать ошибку, включая и из марка.
