There is no error, it goes into the tray, and when i double click it to access the menu it does nothing.

I just wondered what exactly the difference is between "Blend frames to screen refresh rate" and "Target frame rate" when its switched to "screen refresh rate" ??
"Target frame rate" = "to screen refresh rate" makes 59.94 from 23.976
"blend frames" makes <whatever is you real refresh rate> (something like 60.013) from 59.94. The same thing is madVR's "smooth motion" feature except it runs on GPU.
It's not about screen resolution. I believe it's some kind of Youtube bandwidth protection or whatever.
"Blend frames to screen refresh rate" is a rather "dangerous" option (in terms of performance).
If you're unlucky with the real refresh rate of your screen and your friend is more lucky it could be the issue.
SVP thinks it's a 3D stereo pair.
I've no idea right now if you can override it or not
Just check "stereo mode" sub menu (set it to "plain 2d") and wait for MAG79 as he's the only one who knows the answer.

Говорят, в PotPlayer-е копипаста из ffdshow теперь есть...
Да и не надо на ffdshow смотреть как на декодер.
Декодер - LAV, а ffdshow - гибкий фильтр пост-обработки.

i believe the same result should be with 13th SVP-shader

судя по гуглу, это текст ошибки из .net, т.е. самого MeGui
предлагаю спросить на форуме MeGui, либо попробовать более новую / более старую версии
либо уменьшать/урезать скрипт до тех пор, пока ошибки не будет, и таким макаром узнать, в чем причина
я бы предложил просто забить текст ошибки в гугл
но, наверное, это слишком просто
поэтому я не буду предлагать такую глупость
