This error appeared. It has happened a few times recently. It may be caused by my AviSynth switch. I changed to SET's AviSynth 2.6a5 from the Doom9 forum about 1 week ago. If you recommend I use the Avisynth bundled with SVP please tell me why. This new version of Avisynth has eliminated 95% of the crashes I would get. Including all of the seeking crashes. I can seek around erratically and try to crash SVP but it will not crash with this new version of avisynth. It only has this intermittent memory leak issue. I can watch a 1080p 96fps bluray quality video with madVR for 2 hours and have no problem.

So is this caused by SET's 2.6a5 MT AviSynth? Or is it something else?

That is strange, for me it plays 60-90% and video continues but audio stops. If you rewind it will play the audio up to the point it originally stopped, but if you fast forward it will start to get audio again.

I think I'm having part of this issue as well. After awhile, usually around 5-12 minutes, video playback will stop while audio continues. (MPC-BE) The only way to solve it is to close the player and try again, but it's usually so close to the end that I don't waste time  trying to load it (especially 1080p) and then risking a crash on seek..

The freezing/crashing also applies when using the mouse to seek inside a video file. I'm using the latest MPC-BE x86 MadVR edition from Shark007 (1.3.0.3834). I'm also using Reclock.

To trigger it simply use the arrow keys 2 or 3 times in quick succession to fast forward or rewind when watching a video. I've posted the same bug report on the MPC-BE forums just in case it's not SVP's fault.
