if "GPU acceleration" menu item is active in SVP Manager then OpenCL is actually working
try to copy opencl.dll from SVP folder to system32

hmmm, that sounds strange

but today I got an error

just to clarify: you're using SVP with this OS and this video card for a while and it used to work well, right?
so all you need is to remember what exactly changed in the system from yesterday

the error means it can't load that dll. there're only two possible reasons:
1. dll doesn't exsists OR is blocked with some anitvirus or something
2. some dll's dependencies doesn't exists. you can check this with that tools

Ну я не знаю. Вон в базе есть 3850 без разгона и на каком-то сильно старом драйвере.
У него фпс-ы по тестам:
135.56 / 96.61 / 66.09 / 54.4 / 26.4 / 127.1, итого 1280 попугаев

У тебя в разгоне и на свежем драйвере:
119.74 / 96.01 / 67.91 / 57.72 / 29.1 / 119.19, итого 1225 попугаев

Подозреваю что разница в двухканалке

Как-то это мало очевидно, учитывая что от тебя в базе только пачка тестов по кол-ву потоков на частоте 4200.
Хотя если сравнить с похожими системами фпс-ы в отдельных тестах, то есть разница типа 45 против 62

Память работает в одноканальном режиме.

Для ллано, тринити и айви память надо иметь строго двухканальную, причем максимально большой частоты (1866 и выше). Скорость видяхи ллано зависит от пропускной способности памяти почти линейно.

The installer may chose too hard default settings in your case.
Try this: start menu - "all programs" - "SVP 3.1" - right click at "Reset Profiles" - "run as administrator", then type "4" and "g".
