чо-то во мне первая серия вызвала исключительно желание пересмотреть сопраносов 
буквально, ощущение римейка не покидало весь час
понятно, бюджет, костюмы, антураж, но смысл одинаков, а сопраносы один фиг жизненнее

По почте рассылалась ТОЛЬКО инф-я о новых версиях SVP. И это был в своем роде костыль.
Теперь есть проверка обновлений в менеджере, такая рассылка больше не нужна.
А в фейсбуках / твиттерах можно писать гораздо больше всякого 
Ну не делать же рассылку по почте о новой версии SVPtube, в самом деле...

"contour" is in use with 21th and 23th shaders only
both 21th and 23th with disabled "contour" are equal to 11th "simple lite" shader
Does the Contour option affect the smoothness?

"contour" is always on with 21th and 23th shaders and it's strength value is fixed.

Looks like Level 5 works smooth on my i5 750 @3.66GHz
it's just because no one of us have i7-2600, so "level 5" may be a little bit simpler than it should be

Options marked "default" in UI is the best choice in most cases but their could be really heavy, especially for 1080p.
So SVP installer makes a quick assessment of the hardware speed and chooses one of predefined profiles sets - from "level 1" (minimum system like Core2Duo 2 GHz) to "level 5" (i7-2600 and above).
You can always change default profiles set with "Reset profiles" start menu item.

cool, but the strange part is I didn't fix it in 3.1
"sharp" uses only one frame to "shift" pixels, so result always as sharp as source video
all of others shaders blend pixels from two frames, which is usually better but can be ugly in animations like anime, simpsons/futurama and so on

the only issue I'm seeing that I didn't get with SVP 3.0.7 is the following error from time to time
it's a known bug with some (?) NV cards on some (?) driver versions
i'm sure it'll be fixed soon

What do you mean? If BD3D ISO then I don't think SVP could handle them.
The only possible formats right now are "full" OR "half" "side by side" OR "over under" rips.

ну да, а все остальные через dxva - не жрут такой вот у LAV особый dxva, ваще не зависящий от аппаратной поддержки
