Please check if exit SVP and open video in MPC-HC without SVP loaded is MPC-HC still showing "Opening..." and nothing happens?
If yes then try to change renderer to EVR Custom: Enhanced Video Render (custom presenter) and select D3D Fullscreen option.

Yup. Stuttering on second monitor is often issue. It is windows DirectX issue with audio-video synchronization on secondary monitor.

For now there is no way to point 20px Motion vector grid.
You can try non square blocks.
analyse.block.w=32; analyse.block.h=16; break;It will give you grid with 24px in horizontal direction and 12px in vertical direction.
You need component "SVPtube 2 video downloading" to be installed. See it in SVP 4 Maintenance tool: Utilities - Additional programs and features...
In addition look to wiki page about downloading requirements.
Maybe something special in your youtube-video. Try another. Give us the link to problem video.

P.S. Downloading works to me with the same version of SVP4 and at the same version of windows.

Yes. Just open your Bluray from MPC-HC via quick open file dialog and select BDMV\Stream or via open DVD\BD dialog.
One another thing: Bluray disc must be decrypted.
Did you try madVR fullscreen exclusive mode?

Edit: Sorry. I was wrong. SMPlayer don't work with ReClock.
To work with SVP SMPlayer uses mpv multimedia engine. So, you can't use madVR renderer with it. But you can adjust video output settings.
P.S. Yes you can try another player: I like MPC-HC, PotPlayer and mpv.

If motion is panning only you can increase block size and overlapping (See SVPflow description).
It will detect scene better but detection of small objects with different direction of motion will be reduced.
Use:

It is interpolation artifatcs. It is a feature of interpolation algorythm.
You can minimize them but there is no way to completely remove them.
the monitor's refresh rate remains at 60HZ while SVP is pushing 90 - 100
Why you use so high frame rate?
Just use "To screen" SVP option to get 60 fps on 60 Hz monitor.

А, точно. Добавление к решению из предыдущего сообщения (Movie x2,5). Чтобы плавность включалась и для видео с неверно определенной частотой кадров надо увеличить значение настройки frc.target.max=47 до 60, например. Тогда я ожидаю, что все открываемые видео-файлы начнут играться с плавностью.
Меню SVP в трее - Настройки - Дополнительные настройки - Все параметры...

Спасибо за присланный отчет.
В журнале видно причину: неверное определение частоты кадров плеером Plex Media Player.
23:00:05.579 (I): Media: video 1920x1080 [PAR 1.000] at 23.976 fps [constant] (via video player)
23:04:30.096 (I): Media: video 1920x792 [PAR 1.000] at 52.745 fps [constant] (via video player)
Во втором случае частота кадров определилась неверно (52.745 fps). На работу плеера мы повлиять не состоянии, а обходное решение имеется: если все видео имеет заранее известную исходную частоту кадров 23.976 к/сек, то можно выбрать фиксированный коэффициент повышения плавности = Movie x2,5.

P.S. If you see moved orange line in mpv while video playback by pressing Ctrl-Cmd-T then mpv with Vapoursynth support and SVP is working

Real dropped frames must be visually noticiable on not flawless movements of tearing line test (Ctrl-Win-T) While playback with SVP
