Should I also use the 64Bit version if it works, without issues with Potplayer, Madvr, LAV and Reclock?

Taught it was for movies like live action, real time shows and not animation. However, after trying it out and testing for 20 minutes it was super smooth and didn't see any stutter at all. Still, the issue with the frame rates changing constantly is not gone and still appear after few minutes into anime or movies. when I try to skip some few second into the video it shows up quicker. The frame rate appear as 100 sometime maybe up to 500 and then slowly goes down.

I am sorry I didn't mention that, as I forgot. But when I do set it to "To screen" instead of "Fixed 72 fps" my frame rates keep rising at a ridiculous speed. Like it goes from 72 to 100-500 and then comes down slowly and that might actually be the real reason why I am experiencing stutter in first place, because it even happens when I am at "Fixed 72fps" as well as the issue with the video running at 72.465 instead of 71.928, which is what I have my monitor set on.
It looks fine, then again I am not so sure. I do see a slight stutter and it annoys me to much, that I am unable to enjoy anime.

I am experiencing slight stutter every few seconds and its very annoying. i am running on 71.929MHz but in the SVP info shows it as 72.465 and I think, this might be the problem and was wondering if someone could help and solve this stupid issue, so I can enjoy anime again?

I usually just tell people to set it to the smallest amount that still gives perfectly smooth performance but is still greater than the amount of threads their CPU supports.
So for your CPU, don't go any lower than 5.
Thanks man! This fixed the issue of it going above 60fps, also it is indeed much smoother now and even less artifacts. Thank you!

My SVP jumps to different fps when i'm watching video and since my monitor is only able to produce 60Hz and that is what I am trying to use but it changes to different fps like 1000-500 and so on. I have already 60fps profile but still it won't stay on constant 60fps, please help me!

For non-anime content, I use the same settings but with the shader set to "23. Complicated" rather than "2. Sharp", though I sometimes have to set the shader to "13. Standard" if the video has a lot of moving thin lines ("Complicated" gives squiggly lines on such content).
Arguably more important is that I have my monitor run at a refresh rate that is an exact multiple of the source framerate. More information can be found in the following thread starting from this post:

Why didn't you tell me this from start lol. The videos are far more smoother now and tbh I don't see so much artifacts. Thanks for sharing man, I can finally watch 60fps anime!

i updated the link sorry for the mes up, could you take a look now, also I know it can run on many PC even older. The performance will always vary. What do you think this PC will be able to take setting wise I am also finally able to use MAD VR so you bet I would. Can you recommend me some settings for it too?

Can I use this new PC of mine to make almost full use of SVP 4 Pro. I am watching everything from TV-shows, movies BUT most anime. Will this PC be able to handle smooth performance and smooth playback while using SVP midst a video playing?

If step 3 solved the issue, then you may want to try undoing the changes stated in steps 1 and 2 (assuming you didn't already have those options set that way).
I forgot to mention I use PotPlayer and not MP-HC, also I don't use MadVR my PC is not good enough.

I'm getting frame drops on SVP 4 like down to almost 40 when playing my videos in 1080p, but while using 720p I get solid 60fps no frame drops. SVP 3 can handle both 60fps on 1080 or 720 without frame drops but svp 4 can't for some odd reason, please help me, and tell me what you need to decipher the problem!

i have a really annoying problem with SVP 4 this stupid green thing shows on my screen top right and I can't make it go away even if I change video settings. I don't have this problem with SVP 3.17. Also I'm using SVP 4 PRO with Potplayer.

OMG! I can''t belive I had GPU acceleration off. I turned it on and now I have much smoother and crisp animations and the art looks much better. Thank you for the tip!
I have one more question which player are you using MP-HC or Potplayer and could you please share some good settings with the one you are using. I have no idea what I am doing when i am changing setting in them.
