Somehow I got 58.943 Hz at my monitor and 43312 / 44100 = 0.982131 pitch ratio.
It gives me 440 Hz * 0.982131 = 432,13 Hz wink

50 fps at the picture it is 2x smoothing after SVP.

Not wrong, 30 fps content is good enough to watch at 60 Hz display to get maximum smoothness with minimum visibility of motion arteacts because of 2x smooth factor.

Mystery
I just try Intel Custom Resolutions and Modes
So, I just now added 50 Hz mode at my monitor connected to Intel HD Graphics 4000.
I need some more time to google and to add fraction modes such as 23.976x2 * 0.981818 = 47,080 Hz.
It will be 440 to 432 Hz mode for 23,976 fps videos. wink

I checked Resample option in ffdShow Audio. Pitch is not corrected for me. I see only speed changes. Very little when change and back after some seconds after.
So. The pitch not changed form 440 Hz to 432 Hz. sad

Wow. It is strange. Never seen such message.
Did you unblock this file in the Properties window from context menu?

Cinder
Check if MPC-HC x86 version (not x64). In MPC-HC - Help - About menu
And run both MPC-HC and SVP from one user (not Admin).

Mystery
I compared rendering time stats on my system. I see no difference. A little deviations about the same values.
Core i5-3570K, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti
MPC-HC 1.7.10, madVR 0.89.17
23.975 * (6:1) = 143.85 Hz

Yes. The open methods are different. If you open BD by "Open DVD/BD" menu then ffdShow don't load and SVP can't detect video playback and apply smoothness to it.

And check ffdShow in MPC-HC: MPC-HC setup

Take any FullHD clip with 30 fps (29.97 fps) and see it with SVP at 60 Hz monitor. You can activate demo mode to conpare picture smoothness (SVP tray menu - Utilities - Demonstration mode)
You can download any clip with "1080/29.97p" mark from page 2D Demo Trailers (HD)

Check, if ffdShow is correctluy loaded when playback.
Open video file MPC-HC, then menu paly - Filters. Do you see ffdShow there?
If not then you need to setup MPC-HC.

Mystery
I made demonstration how you can use ReClock to get 432 Hz audio from 440 Hz in realtime.
https://youtu.be/zD2gwTC__jE

Several rules.
1. You need to add custom resolution to your display. Different for each source framerate. In video shown example with 25 fps source.
2. You need to check if your audio really 440 Hz base frequiency. It is needed to use some frequency analyzer.
3. Slowdown can be applicable mainly for instrumental music but not for voice or sounds of nature. It this case sounds are real when pitch is 1.00x at source speed.

Calculations and explanations.
25 fps soucre. Integer mutipliers 2 and 3 gives numbers 50 and 75.
I take 75 Hz and slow down it with 432/440 ratio. I got 75*432/440 = 73,636 Hz.
I used NVIDIA control panel to add this custom resolution (and frequency) to one of my monitors.
I allow ReClock to use 3% slowdown. So I got new sample rate in ReClock for 44100 Hz audio: 43296 Hz.
Make some test with calculation real ratio: 43296 / 44100 = 0,981769 It is very close to yours 0,981818.

Ough! I see. Thank you.
It is not the first time issue connected to launch manager with admin rights.
We will look how it can be refined or fixed.

I agree with Chainik.
Try to downclock your GPU (remove overclock), refine cooling of your GPU. Check stability of GPU by stress tests.
If overclock/overheating was earler then just reinstall video driver. It can be corrupted.

What values are you see with SVP3 and what with SVP4?
I will check at my system. And we will compare our results.

And your explanation about BD read buffer is very close wink

Log tells nothing to me. Let's go from another side.
Can you show task manager screenshot while SVP4 high CPU load in idle. I need details tab (with SVPmanager process and its CPU load value).

Processor performance counter failed

It is the bug. Maybe it is the cause. Please send bug report from SVP4 after this error repeats.

1. It must be so. Read ReClock documentation.
2. Use CUVID.
3. Yes. Ffmpeg is software decoder. CUVID is hardware accelerated decoder.
4. I use GPU in all stages: decoder, motion interpolation, render. See  GPU Compatibility
5. Use SVP4 Full (purchase) and clone profile to get access to these custom settings.

It is motion interpolation artifacts.
You can reduce them but not remove completely.
Try "anime" mode or use custom tunning.

How did you open BD in MPC?
Via "open DVD/BD" menu or by choosing m2ts file?

Good. It is not high CPU load. CPU is enough.
Did you try to change renderer in MPC-HC to avoid desync?
I recommend madVR Exclusive mode or EVR with D3D Fullscreen.
