You can turn on/off the SVP AutoCrop function. Use HotKeys Ctrl-Shift-C while watch the movie.
It gives you black bars detection just in place in video you watching. It works once and applies detected cropping to whole video.
Maybe in you case title of your video has another black bars than other part of video. In this case you need to detect black bars again using these HotKeys.

Are detected black bars have true values? 214px from the top and from the bottom of the frame.
If it true then it looks like double-cropping. SVP crop once and some application crop again. Maybe it is custom user settings of ffdShow crop option. See ffdShow properties.

mashingan may be right. It can be enabled frame cropping option. And you will see it in debuginfo.

Можно ли какими-либо настройками убрать такие зависания?
Зависания связаны с многократными включениями/отключениями плавности на перемотках. Можно увеличить задержку включения плавности после перемотки. Меню SVP в трее - Плавность на перемотке.

Эта настройка специально предусмотрена для устранения зависаний и вылетов плееров. Замечено, что на плеере MPC-HC зависает меньше, чем на остальных плеерах. Но это скорее не правило, а наблюдение.

Сейчас так реализовано, что SVP использует вкладку Avisynth фильтра ffdShow. Любой скрпипт, указанный в этой вкладке до SVP, замещается скриптом, автоматически подготавливамым SVP-Менеджером для каждого конкретного видео. Могу предложить настроить загрузку двух фильтров: ffdShow Video decoder и ffdShow RAW video filter одновременно. Один будет использоваться SVP, второй Вы сможете использовать для своих целей.

Daum PotPlayer точно x86? SVP не поддерживает x64 плееры.

можно ли сделать так чтобы показывалась надпись как при работе с FFDShow + SVP manager ?
Эта строчка работает через вкладку OSD фильтра ffdShow, Если в PotPlayer авторы перенесли это из ffdShow, то есть надежда, что строчка заработает.

rc - remote control. Для включения механизма взамодействия SVP-менеджера с библиотекой повышения плавности. Требуется только при просмотре видео в режиме реального времени.

The error in the log:

It can be if some windows application blocks new just created files for some time. Usually it is antivirus software. And to aviode the error you can disable that application or add SVP Logs folder to its exceptions list.
Anyway it is one of annoying error of SVP-Manager and we plan to fix it in future versions.

It is not good.

AppName: mpc-hc64.exe
SVP is not support x64 players. Use x86 version.
