More and more apps are using Media Foundation API, so SVP is less and less usefull. My main concern are web browsers, that use this API to play all videos. Is there a chance that Media Foundation will be supported by SVP?

I belive, that Firefox should be able to use DirectShow filters directly. And SVP is one of them. This will allow us to watch video on the web in a best possible quality without the need to download it first or open in separate window. Everywhere, where HTML5 video is used, filters (and SVP) will be applied automatically, and any video on the web will become fluent.
