Thank you for responding, however, I seem to have fixed the issue.
I have purchased SVP 4 Pro, but I was unable to use SVPtube 2. I tried to open the Additional Programs and Features window under Utilities in the SVP control panel, but it would not open. Thus, I am unable to install SVPtube 2.
I attempted to reinstall SVP 4 Pro again with SVPtube, but the installation got stuck on ffdshow x64, so I had to cancel the installation, however, SVP still installed anyway but without SVPtube.
