Do you use madVR with MPC-HC?

I tried different renderers, result was pretty much the same.

How can Windows 10 player use almost no resources for playback and MPC-HC use so much?

Tried clean installing MPC-HC only (not from SVP package), no changes, still a lot of CPU / GPU consumed.

Maybe motion interpolation is not working well because MPC-HC uses too much resources and SVP isn't left with enough resources to do it's job.

Question is, how can I make MPC-HC use less resources?

I was surprised when I realised video playback with SVP doesn't work well on a new computer with CPU i3-8100 (8GB ram, SSD).

GPU usage 100%, CPU almost near the top as well, still no 60fps.

No discrete GPU, only integrated (UHD 630). Shouldn't it be enough anyway?

Also I have noticed that even with SVP off, MPC-HC uses a lot more CPU/GPU for a simple playback than a default Windows 10 app "Movies & TV".

"Movies & TV" uses few percent CPU and GPU, while MPC-HC (without interpolation) uses like 40-60-70% CPU/GPU.

Is there a way I could use SVP in my new computer?
