SOLVED

I used DDU to uninstall all of the drivers.

Then I installed the drivers again.

And it worked. smile

Thanks!

Just reinstall intel graphics driver and install it again.
Use DDU for complete reinstalling:

As you suggested, I used DDU to uninstall the NVidia drivers, and after I rebooted my PC, I was able to run SVP 4 in the crappy "default 800x600" resolution (while no drivers were installed).

When I reinstalled NVidia drivers again, however, SVP 4 stopped working.

I cannot install Intel graphics drivers because I do not have an Intel graphics device.

Any suggestions? I will continue to provide as much information as I can.

PS. Thank you for the quick reply! Hopefully we can resolve this issue soon smile

Hey everyone,

I have used SVP Free for many years, and decided to buy the PRO version today.

However, I have been unable to run SVP 4! I do not remember the last time I used SVP on this machine, so I do not know how long it has been broken.

Every time I run the program, nothing happens. The mouse cursor shows the "loading" icon for a second, and then stops. I can run the Maintenance Tool just fine, though.

Any comments and suggestions are appreciated!

What I have tried

  • Reinstalling SVP 4 Free

  • Reinstalling SVP 4 Pro

  • Uninstalling Intel IGP drivers (I previously had an i5-6600K with IGP, now I have an i7-6850K without IGP)

  • Reinstalling NVidia drivers
