Well, I guess I'll stick to 24fps until I can justify upgrading to a GPU that can run my madVR config at 60fps. Thanks for your input, though.

As it turns out, that only seems to resize the video to 4k before applying madVR, effectively removing any upscaling refinement and making artifact removal even more demanding by doing it on 4k instead of 1080p.
I specifically need to use ffdshow after madVR, and not the other way around. Is it possible?

I also appreciate the suggestion, but I'm using madVR for anime, and I've grown much too used to the artifact removal and edge thinning, which are rather demanding and I can't run them on a 60fps video output.

Is there any way to apply the motion interpolation after the video upscaling has been done?
I'm already using my GPU to the best of it's abilities by upscaling to 4K with very demanding madVR settings, so it won't be able to handle 2.5 times the amount of frames. I have a Ryzen 1600 CPU and I was thinking it would be up to the task.
