I'm having a similar problem. Instead, for me it just stays stuck at "starting 0%". I don't get an error message or anything

I can't convert for some reason. It just stays at "starting" and 0% and never makes progress

It works fine in the video player though.

don't know if something is wrong with the settings or whatever
