The only thing I found to work is to uninstall the app and reinstall it and then periodically it comes back and I have to do it again. I tried all the steps you mentioned above and same problem. Thank you for your help.

I am getting this error whenever I play anything. I am not sure what I did. I probably did something I shouldn't have. I have updated and still same problem.
I am on the latest version. No matter what player I use it does it.
