Only DXVA2 (native) is working without stuttering.
But SVP needs copy-back to work.
I feel like the fact that Microsoft dropped Win7 support is a better reason.

That's what I meant, the World of Tanks advert. SVP would switch to 2392x1080 to accommodate the advert, and then wouldn't switch back to the proper 2160x1080 after it ended. Since I'm using a 21x9 screen, I have black bars on the sides, not top and bottom, so I'm assuming the fault is somewhere there.

The advertisement at the beginning of the video changes the aspect res, and the video then doesn't switch back. I'm on a 2560x1080 screen, set to cut off black bars, then reduce res to screen.
Sometimes it fails to include the whole frame. I'd like to make it so it's more conservative with the cutoffs.
