There is no relation between video format (h264) and video frame rate (HFR).
You can watch 60 fps videos on 6- Hz display without SVP interpolation.
SVP uses 'Ignore HFR sources' profiles to any video file with 55 fps and greater.
You can change it. Open SVP Control panel >Video profiles > Select profile 'Ignore HFR sources' > change value: Video frame rate.
I Ignore HFR sources didn't come out again after that, probably just accidental, unfortunately, my problem wasn't solved
