I have a 1440p monitor and a 1080p monitor. The 1440p monitor upscales most things 125% to display at a normal size. If I have a video running and I move it from The larger monitor to the smaller one, the whole computer freezes. If I move it from the smaller one to the  larger one, I does not resize to the correct size.
