SVP won't start if OpenCL driver crashes due to misconfiguration.
I don’t think it’s that simple. I recently installed Intel oneAPI with oneDNN, OpenCL, OpenMP etc. to compile Pytorch from source. Since then I can’t start SVP 4. At the very least SVP4 should provide better messages.
Anyway, that registry the previous commenter hinted to had entries for “C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\compiler\latest\windows\lib\x86\intelocl32.dll” and “C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\oneAPI\compiler\latest\windows\lib\x86\intelocl32_emu.dll”, I disabled the emu and SVP now starts.
