Thanks, it runs smoothly now. But i wonder does downscaling mean now i run 4k source at 1080p 60hz?
@Blackfyre: I tried to run 24hz source with rife 4.6 but it still stutter badly, gpu usage fluctuates between 100% and much lower. My 3090 is already undervolted and +1200mhz on memory clock stable. Normal svp runs 4k 60hz no problem but since experiencing rife's smoothness i cant come back to normal svp anymore. Maybe we need 4090 to experience 4k 60hz glory
