Whenever I try to convert a 60fps video to 144fps, it doesn't work. Even if I render the video at 30fps and then reopen it, the framerate still gets reset to 60fps. I've tried changing the FPS setting to 144fps, but it remains capped at 60fps. I've also tried turning on adaptive refresh rate, but that didn't help either. 2 player games
Is the issue with my display's refresh rate, my GPU, or the video editing application I'm using?
