Integrate the Alter video frame size option into the profile customization function. This can bring the following benefits: First, the resolution reduction function can be automatically stopped when playing high-frame rate sources with an original size greater than 30P that do not require svp4 interpolation; second, users can set different reduced resolutions based on the original aspect ratio of the source or the frame height after cutting off the black border, maximizing the use of the AI computing power of the graphics card.
The current design of the software makes the "Alter video frame size" function work continuously once it is turned on, regardless of whether frame insertion is working or not. This is unreasonable. In daily use, the resolution reduction function is only needed when inserting frames. In fact, this restriction can also be added internally in the software.
The "Alter video frame size" function should only take effect when SVP4 frame interpolation is enabled; otherwise, it should be integrated into the profile for users to decide for themselves.
