Hi,
I've just purshased a Skystar 2 TV to watch TV on my pc, but quality being what it is -shitty- I went looking for upscaling tutorials and ended up here.
I tried to follow the steps described in some threads but nothing seems to be working, I still get 25 fps for a resolution of 720x576, no matter what I do, so I came here, hoping for help, if not, at least for a direction to search.

I'm an utter and complete beginner when it comes to video upscaling and codec configuration, so please be as explicit as you can !

PS : I can't seem to be able to use the latest version of SVP, each time I try to install it, it stops working.
