Do you know if PotPlayer you using is compatible to your hardware (cpu/gpu)?
How many players/versions did you try?
Did you try MPC-HC 1.6.5?
I just checked MPC-HC 1.6.5 and it is working good. Thanks for sugestion anyway.

I posted my problem on korean potplayer developers forum(it was kinda hardcore to register there). I got an answer that they will fix in next version!

Video adapter name?
Video driver number?(Re)install video driver and DirectX. Build-in DXVA Decoder must work without errors.
Reinstalling video drivers and DirectX not helping. Build-in DXVA Decoder works but only on local files;/.
This is an old laptop that i use sometimes. Graphic card is a sis 650. I got lastest drivers from oficial sis site. I just reinstalled directx9.0c (i got win xp sp3), and it not helped. Ill try to instal a bit older drivers and reinstall directx again mabe it will change something.
BTW. I changed to build in DXVA decoder and it works with local files.
Nah, that's not the same case, i tried this before posting.First I couldn't open lacal files too - i got same error message, but i changed options from build-in DXVA Decoder to default preset and it helped. So, i can open from HDD, but from URL i got that error;/. Its kinda strange...
