What you did when you got this error?
SVPFlow.avis and movie.60fps.16px.avs are not standard SVP files.
Show source code of these files.

I think you have OpenCL-driver for your GPU properly installed.

When I open my video I got this error

SVSmoothFps: unable to init FlowLib [code 0x10002]
(F:\movie\SVPFlow.avis, line 39)
(F:\movie\movie.60fps.16px.avs, line 16)
