ive been trying to figure that out. i havent installed anything new
the frame rate in mpc-hc keeps from up and down from 24 to 30 and its making svp skip and jutter because its trying to keep the 60 frames per second.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and updating my drivers and its still not working right. ive also tried using variable frame rate repair and it doesn't help. this problem only started today.
i dont know what to do anymore. can some one help me?
