Your video has framerate 23.976 fps, your display has refreshrate 59.997 Hz.
So you get not integer multiplier.

Smooth factor: 5:2

Try to switch you monitor to 48 Hz mode or to 72 Hz mode.

Thank you smile

It is interpolation artifacts.
You can't remove them completely. But you can reduce them.

What settings are you using?
SVP tray menu - Information - Additional information

That opens up a blank txt document named debuginfo.txt.  Also thank you for your quick reply, much appreciated.

http://i.imgur.com/K30hxKa.jpg   I'm not sure why this is happening.  I installed an AMD driver so I assume that's the issue but how do I fix it???

Exit SVP. Is green line still present at video?

If you use Intel HD Graphics for GPU-acceleration SVP then it is known bug of old drivers for Intel HD Graphics. Just install new driver from Intel site.

Thank you so so so so much! That line has bothered me for a while and thanks to you it's fixed now! SVP is an amazing piece of software and now I can appreciate it big_smile thank you so much!

Sorry to sound like I know nothing, but how can I know the difference? Can I fix the issue? The video was mkv if that helps at all.

I was wondering if there was a way to make this green line: http://i.imgur.com/dJk5HQF.jpg disappear?  I apologize if this question is asked a lot but the green line is making my videos jittery and shakey.
