Thank you, didn't see that option on the manager, it worked after clearing the address as a safe sender.

Hello I was wondering if I could get some help on what to do, I recently purchased SVP but forgot to add "support@svp-team.com" to safe senders before doing so and haven't received a license or download link. Can I get some help?
