The thing is if i under clock cpu with intel tuning utility it will still work perfectly fine and that helps me drop the temperature of cpu. So my temps drop from 90 to 65. Maybe my settings are bad.

I have a decent quad core laptop with hyper threading and invidia gpu and while watching videos with SVP all my cores goes to max frequency but utilization is less than 50% so my laptop becomes kinda like frying pan on my lap. To counter it i change my core frequencies similar to utilization percent.

So my question is it possible set like fixed frequency for SVP or tweak any setting to match core frequency with utilization?

i use madVR and GPU acceleration with nvidia gpu and have no playback problems.
