it looks like artifacts from the video decoder
Is the decoder in LAVfilters is set to "Nvidia CUVID"?
If so, set it to "DXVA2 (copy-back)"; if you have drivers for your Intel integrated GPU installed then you can also try setting the decoder to "Intel QuickSync".
Also, does this occur even when SVP is closed, and does it happen with any video file?
Im not sure how i fixed ,but i did,it even works with openCL now...
So i think it was the svp4 LAV that was the cause. I downloaded and installed the latest LAV from their site after I uninstalled the LAV from svp4 and deleted the one of svp3.17 and now it worked from the get go.
Not sure if they were having issues(svp4 and 3.1 LAV's) but even if there was only one installed the problem persisted. I had tried to change configs before in them too ,nothing ever happened .
The problem only ocurred when svp was open,and happened to every type o video file i had.
