Is anyone having success using rife 2x framerate 48fps or more with an rtx 4080 super?

I have 12700k 32gb ram, 16gb ram on gpu.

I cant find much anecdotal comments on people having success with RIFE with UHD content without a 4090.

I am having stable smooth interpolation only at 1080p 48 fps, anything more than that jitters or plays in slower motion including slower audio.

Okay its not SVP. I uninstalled it and it still happens. It must be MPC or Windows. sigh.

After much troubleshooting I have discovered that SVP Manager somehow disables the Logitech Unifying Receiver and K400 keyboard.

Now here is the strange part. It actually works.

However when I have a headset plugged in the Logitech Receiver and the K400 Keyboard become disabled.
The moment I unplug them the Receiver and Keyboard work.

Now the Logitech K400 and Gaming Headset work the same time but the moment I load up a video or if a video is running /w SVP instantly the keyboard and receiver are disabled.

I have tested Platronics 780 Gaming Headset running video /w SVP causes the K400 "keyboard" to become disabled. The mousepad and right and left clicks on the keyboard still work.
I have tested Hyper X Cloud 2 Gaming Headset running Video /w SVP and both the keyboard and mousepad and right and left clicks are completely disabled.

I am unsure why SVP Manager would even cause this but it definitely is.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Okay Im a little shocked but I was experimenting and the problem went away.

It appears dropping my monitor hertz from 60hz to 59hz eliminated all the stutters!

I guess 23/24fps videos work better with 59hz over 60hz?

It is.
Try to start with "D3D Fullscreen" option in MPC-HC -> Playback -> Output.

The ultimate solution for syncing video with the screen refresh rate is ReClock but I personally won't recommend it unless you know what and why you're doing.

Thanks for the help.

I tried as you suggested and it is even more apparent with d3d enabled. It feels like I can see the regular interval stutter for .8 of a second rather than .1 of a second.
Any other suggestions?

I will look into reclock.

Hi all. I absolutely love SVP however I notice a slight stutter its barely noticeable and I can notice it during panning scenes with anime. The stutter occurs for like a .1 of a second every couple seconds.

My guess it has to do with the hertz of my tv or monitor? which is 60hz
When I load up a video it says playing at 60.441?

Is SVP rendering the video at a different frame rate possibly cause this slight stutter?

I have an i7 4790 /w gtx 970

Thanks.
