That line actually didn't fix it initially. I had to do a complete re-installation of SVP and Plex for it to work. (Thank god)
But that still leaves the issue with http://www.svp-team.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=3706 . Is there any progress regarding that subject?

I don't know if this works, but I did found a cause of the desync for my latest problem.
Whenever I skip (by using the arrow key or just the mouse) inside the Plex Media Player, the audio desyncs. The desync is around 0.5-1 seconds long.

This one however has the same problem, and has a normal framerate?

So I just installed the Plex Media Player with all the required elements for it to work. SVP starts up when Plex starts playing.
However, after some time the audio and video go out of sync.
Temp. disable of SVP fixed the out of sync issue, and when re-enabling it everything works fine for a short time. Then the audio and video start to go out of sync again.

The file itself isn't big at all, and it works fine in MPC-HC. However, I'd like it to work in Plex Media Player too.

The file itself is a 720p, 23fps,  1903kbps file. The audio is 44kHz, stereo. Any ideas of how this has come to be?

For a long time SVP would start up, when my pc was booted. However since a few months, this doesn't happen anymore.
I have tried re-installing it a couple of times, but with no success.
In my Windows 10 Taskmanager under the start up tab, the program is listed and enabled as a starting up program.
However, it will not.

Any clues to why this can be?

Ah I see. I got an error in MPC before, because SVP couldn't reach a certain file. So I set it to run as administrator. I didn't have any errors then, but the smoothing worked fine though.
I put the MPC to run as adminstrator too, and it seems to be working again.
Thanks for the tip!

I guess this is it? Also when starting a video, the log is not updated.

So I just updated my GPU to a gtx 1070, but now SVP isn't initiating anymore when a video is started.
It says "No active playback" I've reinstalled everything and checked my settings, but everything looks fine. Also tried disabling GPU Accelaration

So since a couple of weeks SVP has been randomly restarting the smoothing process.
I've set it to automatic, and put everything on high, hardware accelerated Radeon HD6900.
The weird thing is that the fps changes during those restarts. The first time it goes to 59, the next time it will be on 60 or any other number around 60fps.
Obviously everything stutters when it starts everything up, so it's pretty annoying.

Any idea to how this came to be?
