I can do all this in linux, but Im not sure if the config file format on a Mac with MPV compiled with vapoursynth etc.. adires to the same syntax.
Id like to control certain elements of the picture. Like sharpness and a slew of other things to get highest quality output. thanks
Mostly happens on lower quality videos. Like Twin Peaks. Not Arrival
I mean, there are some wobbly artifacts around human movement. Otherwise it is cool
works perfect
I just bought Apowersoft Video Converter for Mac. Did I waste my money? I noticed it compresses the videos
wonderful, thanks!
heres my config
input-ipc-server=/tmp/mpvsocket
hwdec-codecs=all
hwdec=auto-copy
opengl-early-flush=no
Seems to be working now. I load a video and let it sit unplayed for a bit. Then it's in sync. Skipping ahead raises the issue again, but if I pause and let it sit for a minute then play it's in sync.
actually, the audio is really just a half second off
Same behavior. It looks great. Video is smooth, just the audio is a couple seconds out of sync. surely this can be remedied. I installed mpv with these instructions, maybe this is the problem?
Running a 2016 MacBook Pro 15 inch with a 4k lg display.
Im using the minimal .conf file
At best quality in svp manager and at best performance the lips are out of sync with the video. Slightly.
Do I need a quantum computer to run SVP?
Maybe if there was a.way to add a cache?
What is wrong! :-)
