Topic: -getting display mode failed

Whenever I try to play a video all I get is "MadVR reports: -getting display mode failed" in the top left corner. After I restarted the log manager I got the error log in the attachments.

In the log I see you have GTX 680.
1. What version of madVR do you have?
2. What video driver version?
Old versions can work with such errors.

3. Do you have NVIDIA 3D Vision enabled?
madVR don't like it in full screen mode. Just disable 3D Vision.

SVSmoothFps: unable to init FlowLib [code 0x10000]

It is look like video driver (OpenCL) error. Update video driver to last WHQL.

Yep, updating my video card driver seems to have fixed it.
