I was told to report this error by a dialogue box.
Here's how it happened:
I copied a YT link
Pressed play on 720p MP4 non DASH in the SVPtube popup
I worked as usual except
it still seemed to be in 30 fps
either a dialogue box or popup bubble appeared from SVPmanager saying something like a txt file can't read
something similar (text saying some txt can't be read) was in yellow font at the top of the video
the play symbol in the bottom left was red instead of green
for some reason, the bottom left said 59.xx fps (I can't remember xx)
after I closed that video and opened it again, there were two ffdshow symbols in the taskbar, neither of which disappeared when I moused over them
