No Frame

I am frame rate fan so I just got a Inspiron 5547 and i just installed version 3.1.6  and i installed SVTube and I have some trouble getting to work with SVPlayer, its says "Wating for ffdshow video source" can you anoby help getting work with it? I need help with enabling Frame Interpolation.
