I have a problem with going into fullscreen mode it just doesnt adjust the picture of the video to the edges in my monitor but just makes the bezels black where the background was when it was in windowed mode before.
Also I can't see my subtitles. In VLC I can just go to subtitles and enable them in MPC-HC with SVP I can't get access to the subtitle menu, where is the problem ?

Try to change your renderer to Enchanced Video Renderer (custom presenter) in MPC-HC View menu - Options... - Playback - Output.

Is there any possibility to have the time slider menu while being in fullscreen ?

Move mouse to bottom of the screen. And you will see time bar.

Is there any way to use SVP on onlinestreams like streamcloud ?
I found a way to for example stream livestreams from for example twitch to MPC-HC which then activates SVP automatically.
Is there a way to do so with normal streams from sites mentioned above ?

All you need is to find the way to play your stream with MPC-HC. Or with ProgDVB.
