Topic: bad voice sync

hello im using the free svp 4 right now and the mpc hc video player and at first it works really well but after a few minuets of watching a video movie or anime the voices and picture are out of sync by about 4 seconds i would like to have some assistance with this as like svp thank you

What CPU load when playback?
Perhaps it is because of high CPU load. Videoprocessing is complex and you get video behind the audio.
Try to reduce SVP4 settings by moving slider to the left to get more "Higher performance".

i use an i5 4690k at 4.66ghz and when using svp it loads at 30ish

Good. It is not high CPU load. CPU is enough.
Did you try to change renderer in MPC-HC to avoid desync?
I recommend madVR Exclusive mode or EVR with D3D Fullscreen.
