Re: SVP shows 'paused' status perpetually

are there any issues other than incorrect playback status?

when you open ffdshow properties while playing video - what do you see in the "info" section? the "current frame" value should count

Re: SVP shows 'paused' status perpetually

This wouldn't happen to be caused by setting your LAVfilters decoder to DXVA2 (native), would it?

(for reference it should be set to "copy-back" for use with SVP)

Well this causes SVP not to run essentially, other than no other issue that I can see.

DXVA2 is on 'copy-back'.

All of this happened after I updated Shark007 Codecs. Had to download official ffdshow because the one with the codec pack didn't appear as 'registered' with mpc-be. And now I have the above 'paused' problem.

Re: SVP shows 'paused' status perpetually

Uhhh, why are you using a codec pack at all?  LAVfilters should be all you ever need...

Re: SVP shows 'paused' status perpetually

Alright, I just updated a bunch of stuff including ffdshow & avisynth using the svp updater and it's working fine now.
