It is part of NVIDIA graphic driver.
You need to completely uninstall graphics drivers with all their parts. Use DDU to this purpose. Uninstall all graphics drivers (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel) if they was installed earler.

Then install NVIDIA driver again usual way.
I did that with ddu but I will try again
I reinstalled drivers with ddu same crash
It is not normal. CLInfo is just information utility. It must work without errors. Error say about not well worked OpenCL driver. It is a part of graphics drivers.
You need to make CLInfo to work first. Try another version of drivers. Maybe you have corrupted video adapter?
I had working svp for few minutes when I didn't had any drivers
only way of using now is delete drivers, while i don't have them run svp and then install them, because svp doesnt crash when i already have them
As a work-around, if you have an Intel integrated GPU, you could try using that.
this's not a workaround cause OpenCL subsystem is broken to the point where even clinfo crashes on start
And how do i fix it ?
Install some earlier driver version via ddu
