License key expired since last Win10 update !!

Hi,

I just did the Win 10 today's update and after that SVP4 Pro Manager asked me to register my software again ! But couple days ago i bought a 1 PC license.
So, when i enter my key license, it says that key is already registered ! While i'm using the same PC !

Help me !!
